THE LOTUS PACKAGE

Don't do it alone and don't ask your family and friends! Starting at 7 weeks out from your wedding date, this package is for the couple who has done most of their planning and needs someone to handle all the day of responsibilities so you can relax on your wedding day and feel assured all is being taken care of!  Truly enjoy the time with your family and friends, get pampered, and know that your wedding day is in good hands. Prior to Event Day

7 weeks of coordinating assistance

  • Initial Phone meeting.

  • Clover Hill wedding workbook & checklist.

  • Creation of timeline and floorplan.

  • Attendance at the venue walkthrough
    6 weeks prior.

  • Distribution of timeline & floorplan to all vendors.

  • Attendance and organization of rehearsal.
     

The use of décor rentals is not included in The Lotus Package.

Day of Event

Onsite coordination during the ceremony & reception
for the entirety of the event.

  • Communication with the venue manager and all vendors regarding setup and order of events.

  • One coordinator on site.

  • Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional and reception introductions.

  • Provide a wedding day emergency kit

  • Décor set up for all accessory tables, ceremony aisle, centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, & seating chart - ensuring all is as discussed & confirmed.

  • Décor floral arrangements & florist communication.

  • Main point of contact for all vendors including distribution of any gratuities or final payments.

  • Ensure proper venue clean-up including packing gifts, cards, personal décor, alcoholic beverages...handing off to designated person at end of the evening.

THE CARAWAY PACKAGE

This wedding planning package is for the couple who needs a little bit more guidance and assistance on the planning details. Weddings can be overwhelming and planning all the details from décor to timing of the day can be tough to navigate. Let us help and let's start planning together! This package includes 6 months of coordinating assistance.

Prior to Event Day

6 months of coordinating assistance

  • Initial Phone meeting.

  • Unlimited email & phone correspondence

  • Clover Hill wedding workbook & checklist.

  • One in-person or virtual design consultation

  • Creation of timeline and floorplan.

  • Visit both ceremony & reception sites
    if not familiar with the venue.

  • Attendance at the venue walkthrough
    6 weeks prior.

  • Distribution of timeline & floorplan to all vendors.

  • Ongoing communication & timely correspondence with all vendors prior to the event.

  • Attendance and organization of rehearsal.
     

The use of décor rentals can be added to The Caraway Package.

Day of Event

for the entirety of the event.

  • Communication with the venue manager and all vendors regarding setup and order of events.

  • One coordinator on-site or Two if deemed necessary at an additional charge.*

  • Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional and reception introductions.

  • Décor set up for all accessory tables, ceremony aisle, centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, & seating chart - ensuring all is as discussed & confirmed.

  • Communication with the florist & ensuring floral arrangements are as discussed & confirmed. 

  • Main point of contact for all vendors including distribution of any gratuities or final payments.

  • Ensure proper venue clean-up including packing gifts, cards, personal décor, alcoholic beverages...handing off to designated person at end of the evening.

THE CLOVER PACKAGE

How many Pinterest saves do you have? How can you get the "look" you want without spending a fortune or having to deal with tons of wedding décor after your big day? Clover Hill Events not only can help with your wedding coordination, but we are a boutique décor rental business as well.

From welcome signs and seating charts to centerpieces and displays, we are here for it and ready to bring your vision to life. This package offers everything for the couple who has a vision but needs a designers touch to help make it happen.

The Clover Package offers the Caraway Package - plus the use of our small and medium-sized rentals along with a design consultation to assist in pulling all the details together!  This package includes 1 year of assistance, please reach out for more information.

  • Initial Phone meeting.

  • Unlimited email & phone correspondence

  • Clover Hill wedding workbook & checklist.

  • Up to two in-person or virtual consultations to discuss design & décor options.

  • Creation of timeline and floorplan.

  • Accompany you to the rental showroom.

  • Visit both ceremony & reception sites
    if not familiar with the venue.

  • Attendance at the venue walkthrough
    6 weeks prior.

  • Distribution of timeline & floorplan to all vendors.
    Ongoing communication & timely correspondence with all vendors prior to the event.

  • Attendance and organization of rehearsal.
     

The use of small & medium size décor rental items is included
in The Clover Package.

Day of Event

Onsite coordination during the ceremony & reception
for the entirety of the event.

  • Communication with the venue manager and all vendors regarding setup and order of events.

  • One coordinator on-site plus one assistant at no additional charge.

  • Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional and reception introductions.

  • Provide a wedding day emergency kit

  • Décor set up for all accessory tables, ceremony aisle, centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, & seating chart - ensuring all is as discussed & confirmed.

  • Communication with the florist & ensuring floral arrangements are as discussed & confirmed. 

  • Main point of contact for all vendors including distribution of any gratuities or final payments.

  • Delivery, set-up, and tear down of all rental décor items that were decided upon prior to the event. 

  • Ensure proper venue clean-up including packing gifts, cards, personal décor, alcoholic beverages...handing off to designated person at end of the evening.
