THE LOTUS PACKAGE

Don't do it alone and don't ask your family and friends! Starting at 7 weeks out from your wedding date, this package is for the couple who has done most of their planning and needs someone to handle all the day of responsibilities so you can relax on your wedding day and feel assured all is being taken care of!  Truly enjoy the time with your family and friends, get pampered, and know that your wedding day is in good hands.  For more details contact us and we would love to chat!

Prior to Event Day

* 7 weeks of coordination assistance.                               

* Initial Phone meeting.    

* Provide Clover Hill wedding workbook and checklist.
* Attendance at the venue walkthrough, 6 weeks out.

* Creation of timeline and floorplan.

* Distribution of timeline and floorplan to all vendors.

* Attendance and organization of rehearsal.   

*The use of rentals are not included in Louts Package

Day of Event

 

*  Onsite coordination and implementation of timeline at      ceremony and reception site for entirety of event.

* Communication with venue manager and all vendors           regarding set up and order of events.

* Main point of contact for all vendors.

* One coordinator on site.

* Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional       and reception introductions. 

* Provide a wedding day emergency kit

* Set up of all accessory tables, aisle décor, centerpieces,     table numbers, place cards, and seating chart. Ensure all
   floral arrangements and
décor is as discussed and                 confirmed.

* Will pack up gifts, cards, personal decorations, alcohol
   etc. and make sure is given to the designated person 

* Distribution of any gratuities or final payments to
   vendors.

* Ensure proper clean-up of venue.

THE CARAWAY PACKAGE

Our partial wedding planning package, The Caraway, is for the couple who needs a little bit more guidance and assistance on the planning details.  Weddings can be overwhelming, and planning all the details from décor to timing of the day can be tough to navigate.  Let us help, and let's start planning! This package includes 6 months of planning assistance, contact us for more details.

Prior to Event Day

* 6 months of coordination assistance.

* Initial Phone Meeting.

* Unlimited email and phone correspondence.

* Provide Clover Hill Workbook and Checklist.

* One In-person or virtual if preferred detailed

   meeting including design consult.

* Visit to both ceremony and reception site, if I
   am not familiar with the venue.

* Attendance at the venue walkthrough,
   6 weeks out,

* Creation of timeline and floorplan

* Distribution of timeline and floorplan to all
   vendors.

* Communication and timely correspondence

   with all vendors prior to event date.

* Attendance and organization of rehearsal.

* The use of rentals can be added to this package

Day of Event

*  Onsite coordination and implementation of timeline
    at ceremony and reception site for entirety of event.

* Communication with venue manager and all vendors

   regarding set up and order of events.

* Main point of contact for all vendors.

* One coordinator onsite - Two if deemed necessary at
  an additional charge.

* Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional
   and reception introductions. 

* Provide a wedding day emergency kit.

  chart.  Ensure all floral arrangements and
décor is as

From welcome signs and seating charts to centerpieces and displays, we are here for it and ready to bring your vision to life! This package offers everything for the couple who has a vision but needs help in bringing it all together! The Clover Package offers the Caraway Package plus the use of our small and medium-sized rentals and a design consultation to assist in pulling all the details together!  This package includes 1 year of assistance, please reach out for more info!

décor options.

* Accompany you to rental showroom. 

* Visit to both ceremony and reception site, if I am
   not familiar with the venue.

* Attendance at the venue walkthrough,
   6 weeks out.

* Creation of timeline and floorplan.

* Distribution of timeline and floorplan to all
   vendors.
 

* Communication and timely correspondence with
   all vendors prior to event date.

* Attendance and organization of rehearsal.

*The use of small and medium sized rentals

*  Onsite coordination and implementation of timeline at       ceremony and reception site for entirety of event.

* Communication with venue manager and all vendors
   regarding set up and order of events.

* Main point of contact for all vendors.

* Includes One coordinator plus one assistant for set up

* Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional
   and reception introductions. 

* Provide a wedding day emergency kit.

* Set up of all accessory tables, aisle décor, centerpieces,
  table numbers, place cards and seating chart.  Ensure all
 floral arrangements and
décor is as discussed and
  confirmed.

* Will pack up gifts, cards, personal decorations, alcohol

* Delivery, Set up and tear down of all rental décor that
   was discussed and decided upon prior to the event.
