Prior to Event Day
1 year of coordinating assistance

Vendor recommendations
Client will be the one to hire all vendors
Contract Review per request
Two in-person or virtual meetings at 12 months and 6 months
Creation of timeline and floor plan
Visit both ceremony & reception sites if not familiar with the venue
1 Rental Showroom visit
Creation of Mood Board and Design Assistance
Attendance at the venue walkthrough 4-6 weeks prior
Distribution of timeline & floorplan to all vendors
Ongoing communication & timely correspondence with all vendors prior to the event
Attendance and organization of rehearsal

Communication with the venue manager and all vendors regarding setup and order of events
One lead planner on-site and 2 assistants
Organization of bridal party for ceremony processional and reception introductions
Provide a wedding day emergency kit
Delivery, set up & tearing down of all CH décor.
Décor set up for all accessory tables, ceremony aisle, centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, & seating chart - ensuring all is as discussed & confirmed.
Communication with all outside rental vendors including florist & ensuring floral arrangements are as discussed & confirmed.
Main point of contact for all vendors including distribution of any gratuities or final payments.
Ensure proper venue clean-up including packing gifts, cards, personal décor, alcoholic beverages...handing off to designated person at end of the event
Onsite coordination during the ceremony & reception
for the entirety of the event.
